Our Commitment to You and Your Gift At Suprpetrix, we understand that every item you purchase is a unique, personalized gift. Your happiness is our top priority. Each Pawtrait™ and 3D Figure is a one-of-a-kind piece of art, created especially for you.
Because a custom product is 100% custom-made, our return policy is designed to be both fair to you and sustainable for our artists.
Cancellations & Order Changes You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to request any changes or a cancellation. After this period, your order is sent to our artists to begin the detailed creation process, and we can no longer make modifications or cancel the order.
The Artwork Approval Process We want to ensure your artwork is perfect before it goes to print.

Digital Proof: We will email you a digital proof of the custom artwork for your review.

One Free Revision: Your order includes one round of minor revisions to the artwork.

Approval Window: To keep your gift on schedule, we ask that you approve your artwork proof within 48 hours. If we don't receive a response, we will consider the artwork approved and move it into the production phase.
Our "Make It Right" Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with a clear quality issue, we will make it right.
Standard Gear (Binders, Cases, Accessories)
We accept returns for non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
What We Will Replace (Free of Charge):

Damaged in Transit: The item has clear damage from shipping (e.g., cracked frame, bent card).

Printing Defect: The final print is blurry, has incorrect colors, or other obvious manufacturing errors.

Incorrect Item: You received a different product or artwork than the one you approved.
What is Not Covered: As every item is custom, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

Change of Mind: You decide you no longer want the item.

Customer Errors: Typos in your provided gift message; low-resolution photos that result in a lower-quality print.

Minor Color Variations: Slight differences in color between your screen and the final printed product.

Dislike of the Art Style after the artwork proof has already been approved by you.
How to Report an Issue Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it qualifies for a replacement, please follow these steps:

Our Refund Policy Our primary goal is to deliver a beautiful, high-quality gift. As such, our standard procedure is to offer a free and prompt replacement for any issue covered by our guarantee. Due to the fully personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
