1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Suprpetrix! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the suprpetrix.com website (the "Site") and the services we offer. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Site.

2. Our Services

Suprpetrix provides custom, personalized gifts and pop culture collectibles, including but not limited to, digital portraits, 3D action figures, canvas prints, and custom cards ("Products"). All products are made-to-order based on the photographs and information you provide.

3. User Accounts

To place an order, you may need to provide personal information such as your name, email address, and shipping information. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

4. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

All prices are listed in USD. We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout. As our products are custom-made, you have a 24-hour window after placing your order to request changes or a cancellation. After this period, the order is sent to our artists and cannot be canceled.

5. Artwork & Content Ownership

When you upload a photograph, you represent that you have the legal right to use it. You grant Suprpetrix a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and create derivative works from your photograph for the purpose of creating your Product.

The final custom artwork created by our artists is owned by Suprpetrix, but you are granted a license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Our creation and shipping timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, nor for items lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our Products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Our detailed Return & Refund Policy governs all such claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suprpetrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or Products.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suprpetrix and its employees and artists from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
