  • How It Works: We discretely place a small QR code within the artwork itself or on a card included with the gift. When your friend scans it with their phone, it opens a private link to the video—a heartwarming glimpse into their pet's joyful new life in the Suprpetrix Playground.
  • A Note on the Video: This magical video is our complimentary gift to you and your friend, designed to create a moment of pure delight. As a special bonus, revisions are not offered for the video, allowing it to remain a beautiful surprise.

Creating this personal gift is a collaborative and thoughtful process.

  1. Choose Your Canvas: Select the perfect size, frame color (Black or Gold), and orientation for your friend's space.
  2. Upload the Best Photo: Provide a clear, high-resolution photo. A happy shot from their social media is often the best choice to capture their pet's spirit.
  3. Artwork Creation & Review: Our artists will get to work creating the "Core" style portrait. We will then email you a digital proof for approval. One round of minor revisions is included to ensure it's absolutely perfect.

  • Shipping: This product ships from our US facility. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for standard shipping within the USA.
  • Total Estimated Time: From order to delivery, please expect approximately 9-18 business days. We recommend ordering in advance for time-sensitive gifts.
